Vietnam Customer Purchases Spare Parts For Conveyor Belt Vulcanizing Press
In 2014, Our Vietnam customer purchased five sets of conveyor belt vulcanizing press from we, Suzhou Arphu. Four years passed, the machines are still good quality for splicing. This time, they purchase some plugs for those vulcanizers.

Today, we warmly welcome two professional customers from Egypt company who is specialize in the conveyor belts visited us, and the visit is accompanied by our technical engineer and our sales manager Mr Kevin.
During their visit, the customers carefully discussed with us about the vulcanizing pressure of EP conveyor belt and also for other types of belts, the vulcanizing temperature, and operation procedures to joint the conveyor belts, etc. After discussion of belt width & splicing length requirements, the customer decided to choose the model DLCBV-1200*830 with water cooling system conveyor belt vulcanizer for their EP belt width 1200mm, as the water cooling conveyor belt vulcanizer has the great advantage of rapid integral cooling system, the belt vulcanizer could be dismantled within 5~10 mintues.
In addition, they learned about our rubber belt stripping machine and the ST(steel cord) belt stripping machine, and they made a comment that these strippers are very good, in particular the rubber belt stripping machine is suitable for their EP belts. As the lightweight rubber belt stripping machine is easy to operate, it can greatly shorten the time of stripping EP belt adhesive layers, and to prepare for the hot vulcanizing job.
After that, customer had a nice conversation with us about the other details and delivery issue.
